Will I receive an order confirmation?

How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed, as we process and pack your order as quickly as possible. However, if the item doesn’t fit, you can return it to us for the correct size.

How can I track my order?

What are the return conditions?
- Return period: We operate a 30-day return period within which you may return your package without giving any reason. The 30 days start when the parcel is received. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 30 days.
- Return conditions: All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with the labels still attached. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
